At Trip&Treats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or treats with short shelf life)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before placing your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is not approved, we will inform you of the reason and whether the item will be returned to you.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [support@tripandtreats.com].


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
